About LeadPlay

LeadPlay is built around a simple belief: telling an athlete to “be a leader” is not the same as teaching them how. High school and club athletes deserve practical ways to prepare for the conversations and decisions that shape a team.

Our approach pairs short, AI-guided team scenarios with scripts to try and reflections on real-world action. The aim is to make leadership a daily practice, with a monthly portfolio that helps athletes talk about their progress with coaches.

AI is a practice partner, not a replacement for coaches, parents, or trusted adults. Private reflections and thoughtful oversight are central to the product we are building. No captain position or recruiting outcome is guaranteed.
